TOMMASO BRUGIAPAGLIA
 

At the age of 21, he left the Marche region and moved to Turin to study contemporary circus. He began his three-year course at the Flic Circus School with aerial roping as his main discipline. In his last year, attending his third artistic year, he dedicated himself to his personal project ‘Age of Rust’. In an attempt to internationalise his training experience, he moved to Barcelona where he continued his training at Central del Circ and through training calls focused on the scene in relation to public space. In 2023, he put down roots in Palermo where, together with Maria Baindurashvili, he found suitable place to create their own circus company ‘Scardinati’. He now teaches circus arts and replicates their shows between the Netherlands and Sicily.
